By accessing our website or creating an invitation draft, you agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to craft, personalize, and deliver your wedding invitations:

• Account & Profile Information: When signing in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to maintain your invitation drafts and order history.
• Wedding & Celebration Details: Bride and groom names, parents' names, wedding dates, itinerary events (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Ceremony, Reception), venue addresses, Google Maps links, and customized invitation wording.
• Photographs & Media: Couple portraits, gallery photos, and audio files uploaded into our editor for displaying on your personalized wedding website.
• Guest RSVP Data: When guests respond to an RSVP form on your wedding website, their names, attendance confirmation, dietary preferences, and guest counts are captured and routed directly to your designated WhatsApp number or email.
• Transaction Information: When purchasing templates or custom services, payment transactions are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We never store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for legitimate wedding invitation operations:

• Generating live digital wedding websites, subdomains, and downloadable PDF suites.
• Enabling real-time saving and editing of your invitation drafts.
• Forwarding guest RSVP responses to your WhatsApp or email.
• Providing dedicated customer support, revision requests, and order updates.
• Preventing unauthorized access or abuse of our online editor.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data, photos, or guest lists to any advertising brokers or unsolicited third parties.

4. Wedding Website Privacy & Guest Access

Your digital wedding website is hosted on a unique URL (e.g., patrikastudio.com/site/your-names) so that your invited friends and relatives can view ceremony details on their phones.

By default, wedding websites are accessible to anyone who has received your shared link. If you wish to make your website password-protected or unindexed from search engines (such as Google), you can enable privacy controls inside your editor dashboard or request our team to apply a custom access pin.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with industry-standard, secure infrastructure partners to run our platform:

• Razorpay: Encrypted payment processing conforming to PCI-DSS standards.
• Supabase & Cloudflare: Secure database storage, image delivery, and CDN caching.
• Google Authentication: OAuth 2.0 single sign-on verification.
• WhatsApp API / Meta: Routing pre-filled RSVP messages initiated by guests.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your published wedding website active for the duration of your wedding celebration (standard period of 12 months from launch). After your wedding has concluded, you may at any time request complete deletion of your website, photos, and guest records by emailing officialpatrikastudio@gmail.com. Upon request, all associated media and records will be permanently erased from our primary servers within 7 business days.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use lightweight browser storage (cookies and localStorage) solely to remember your login session and auto-save your invitation design drafts so you do not lose progress while designing. We do not use third-party tracking or behavioral advertising cookies.
